Sponsorship Application & Information
One way the LFA is committed to the future of our industry is by allocating sponsorship monies to Regional futurities to be utilized for payout's. In order for a show to be eligible for an LFA sponsorship, it must follow the judging criteria set forth by the LFA and obtain signatures from the judges agreeing to judge by this criteria. The Show Superintendent is to be a member of the LFA and shall promote the LFA at the event as well as in any printed show information (if show is LFA sponsored). As stated above, the requirements for obtaining LFA sponsorship are as follows:
- Your judge must sign off and acknowledge that he or she will adhere to the LFA judging criteria.
- Only those classes listed on the LFA web site may be offered as part of your futurity event.
- If, due to attendance concerns, you wish to delete one or more classes, you may do so.
- Under no circumstances can you add classes to the schedule.
- You must place an ad in your show program acknowledging the LFA and thanking them for their support.
- You must distribute LFA membership applications to all of your exhibitors.
- A report of your show results must be transmitted electronically within 30 days of your event, in an Excel
format which will be provided to you.
- The LFA will match your entry fees up to a certain level. You must provide proof in the form of a show program or copies of your entries indicating that this level has been satisfied. Currently the maximum level of sponsorship available from the LFA is $1000.00.
